These General Terms & Conditions (“General Terms”) govern your access to and use of all websites, online stores, products, and services offered by Yarden & Garden, including the Tidy Coop™, Tidy Garden™, and Tidy Season™ service lines. These Terms apply to all users unless otherwise stated.

Some services include additional brand‑specific terms. If a conflict exists, the brand‑specific terms control for that service line.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery by the carrier.

Returns are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Some services are performed by independent contractors (“Hoppers”). Contractors are not employees, agents, or representatives of Yarden & Garden.

Contractors operate their own businesses and carry their own liability insurance. Yarden & Garden is not liable for contractor actions or omissions except as required by Maryland law.

Your use of the website constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy. We comply with Maryland consumer privacy requirements, including clear disclosure of data collection and use practices. We do not knowingly collect data from minors in violation of Maryland privacy standards.
